Cancellation and Refund Policy

Subscription Services

Your membership in the Medintra subscription program (“Subscription Service”), including your ability to access the services made available through the program, begins when you complete the intake process and your initial payment is successfully processed.

The Subscription Service may include:

  • access to licensed medical providers or provider review, where applicable,

  • medications, if prescribed and appropriate,

  • care coordination,

  • online support,

  • and other services related to your program.

Please note that participation in the Subscription Service does not guarantee approval for treatment, medication, or any specific outcome or result.

If you are determined by a medical provider to be medically ineligible for the Subscription Service, you may be eligible for a refund as described below.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription Service at any time.

To request cancellation, you must contact Medintra customer support at [support email] or submit your request through the patient portal or other approved support channel, if available.

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours before your next billing date.

If your cancellation request is received fewer than 72 hours before your billing date, your payment for the next billing cycle may still be processed, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing cycle.

Unless otherwise stated in this policy, after cancellation you will continue to have access to the Subscription Service through the end of your current paid billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Medical Disqualification

If a licensed medical provider determines that you are not medically eligible for the Subscription Service, Medintra may cancel your subscription and issue a refund in accordance with this policy.

If you are disqualified by a medical provider for a medical reason before continuing in the program, you will receive a refund of the applicable Subscription Service charges consistent with the stage of your service and any amounts already used for rendered services, if applicable.

Voluntary Cancellation

Other than cancellation based on medical disqualification as described above, refunds are generally not issued when you cancel the Subscription Service.

Once a billing cycle has started, that billing cycle is typically considered earned and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Medintra.

Prior Billing Cycles

Refunds, if approved, will apply only to the most recent billing cycle and will not be issued for earlier billing cycles unless otherwise required by law.

Prescription Medications

Prescription medications generally cannot be returned for refund or reuse once they have been dispensed or shipped, due to legal, safety, and pharmacy compliance restrictions.

For that reason, if medication has already been dispensed, shipped, or otherwise processed for fulfillment, the medication portion of the Subscription Service may be nonrefundable, even if your subscription is later canceled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect any medication or shipped item immediately upon receipt.

If you believe an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Medintra customer support immediately at [support email].

Damaged Items

If a medication or item is confirmed to have been damaged in transit, it may be replaced by the dispensing pharmacy or fulfillment partner, subject to their review and evidence requirements.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong medication or wrong item, it may be replaced by the dispensing pharmacy or fulfillment partner, subject to verification.

Medintra reserves the right to require supporting documentation, including photographs or other reasonable evidence, before a replacement request is approved.

Subscription Services FAQ

What is included in my Subscription Service price?

Your Subscription Service price represents the price of the subscription you selected. Depending on the program, this may include one or more of the following:

  • provider consultations or provider review,

  • asynchronous or live clinical assessments,

  • medications, if prescribed and fulfilled,

  • lab services, where applicable,

  • care coordination,

  • patient support,

  • and related services connected to your program.

Included services and program features may vary by offering, provider determination, state availability, and fulfillment requirements.

What happens if my provider determines I am no longer eligible?

If a provider determines that you are no longer eligible for the Subscription Service, your subscription may be canceled. Any refund, if applicable, will be handled according to this policy and the facts of your case, including whether services were already rendered or medication was already dispensed.

Does cancellation stop my service immediately?

Not usually. In most cases, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle unless Medintra states otherwise.

Am I responsible for fees related to services already provided?

Yes. Even if your subscription is later canceled, you remain responsible for fees related to services, consultations, reviews, or healthcare services already rendered, as well as medications already dispensed or processed for shipment, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Additional Terms

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies specifically to Subscription Services. It does not limit or replace any other terms that apply to consultations, healthcare services, prescriptions, fulfillment, or use of the Platform.

Except where otherwise stated, Medintra’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable program documents continue to apply.
