Medintra (“Medintra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling your information responsibly. 1. What Medintra Is

Medintra is a patient management and technology platform. Medintra is designed to help users begin an online care process, submit information, communicate with support, and access administrative and technology services connected to healthcare services that may be provided by independent licensed medical providers and related fulfillment partners.

Medintra does not itself practice medicine or pharmacy. Medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, and dispensing are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals, affiliated professional entities, pharmacies, laboratories, and other third parties, where applicable.

2. Information We Collect

In some cases, independent medical providers or affiliated professional entities may provide separate notices describing their own privacy practices and your rights regarding protected health information.

If Medintra is acting on behalf of a covered healthcare entity or other regulated partner, Medintra may handle information in accordance with applicable legal and contractual obligations governing that relationship.
